CLEAR LAKE, Ore. — A semi truck and a car collided head-on along Highway 126 East Monday night.
At about 8 p.m., near Clear Lake, a Blue River woman was driving eastbound in a RAV4 when she crossed the center line and crashed into a truck pulling a semi-trailer.
The truck rolled into some trees and the woman was flown to a hospital where she later died. The truck driver had minor injuries.
