EUGENE, Ore — Breweries from all over the country will converge at the Lane Events Center Friday night for the KLCC Microbrew Festival.

This is the 12th year KLCC has held the festival at the Lane Events Center. Not only has it become a beer enthusiasts dream weekend, it’s also become a huge staple for funding KLCC. The festival brings a lot to offer for beer lovers looking to sample some of the best craft beers around, with 57 brewers and more than 120 beers to try. Aside from the cold brews, a giant music sale with discounted records and CDs, live music, a photo booth and a magician.

The festival kicks off Friday at 5 p.m. and lasts until 11 p.m. and again Saturday from 1:00 p.m.-11 p.m. Admission is $15 at the door–that includes three beer tastings and a free souvenir glass. Additional tastings are a dollar each. All proceeds go to KLCC.

what was the name of the folks that held the giant music sale with records and cds? Will that happen again in the valley or just wait until next year? Again this year, thanks for a great event.

    just curious

    Thank you,

    Cheers,

    Georgie
