GARDEN VALLEY, Ore. — An early-morning fire destroyed a 110-year-old Garden Valley home.
The homeowner woke up to find flames on the ceiling and in the bathroom and called 9-1-1.
The roof collapsed while fire fighters were battling the blaze. It took them nearly two and a half hours to get the fire under control.
No one was hurt, but the house is a total loss and damage is estimated at $100,000.
