EUGENE, Ore. — The 29th Annual Art and the Vineyard festival has wrapped up, but not without some good news.
The festival on average sees about 15,000-20,000 attendees for the three-day event.
The warm weather in Eugene has helped attendence this year.
Organizers say they saw a record turnout for the Freedom Festival on July 4 as well.
Staff say the high turnout is all thanks to the sunshine.
“Our weather has stayed beautiful. It has not been too hot or too cold. We had a huge amount of people through. We are super pleased with the turnout,” said Sabrina Hershey.
