EUGENE, Ore. — The 4J Superintendent has delayed his Civic Stadium recommendation by a few days, but the district says it’s still on schedule to make a final decision on potentially selling the historic stadium next month.
The district set a deadline for four Wednesday for the three players who are still interested in acquiring the property. The three groups were allowed a final revision of their proposals.
The Fred Meyer group and Eugene Family YMCA clarified their plans, but did not change them.
The city of Eugene is the other group in the running. The 4J Superintendent was originally expected make a recommendation to the school board this Friday, but that has been pushed back to Monday.
The school board is still on track to make a final decision at its February 19th meeting.
