Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
Easter Sunday started off with some fog, but transitioned to mostly sunny skies by lunchtime. High temperatures were in the upper 50s along the coast and upper 60s and low 70s inland.
Clouds will increase Sunday night as a cold front moves inland, but falls apart. Skies will remain cloudy for the first part of Monday, before showers begin. Spotty showers will start around lunchtime, with the heaviest rain holding off until dinnertime. Showers continue with this storm through Tuesday; snowlines will fall to 4,000 feet Tuesday, bring snow across the passes.
Another, stronger storm swings through Wednesday into Thursday. The heaviest rain will be Wednesday night into Thursday. Temperatures will remain in the upper 50s, near 60 degrees.
More storms move in Friday and this weekend, keeping it wet and mild across the area.
Have a wonderful workweek!
