Another Hot Dry Week Ahead

Meteorologist Melissa Frey’s Forecast Discussion:

The heat is on! High temperatures will be back to the low 90s again Monday under clear skies.

We’ll see a slight drop in temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday as a weak area of low pressure move up from the south. This disturbance will bring moisture to our atmosphere and may help to fuel some thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon. Highs will likely drop to the mid to upper 80s Tuesday and Wednesday (which is still well above average for this time of year).

By Thursday it’ll be back to mostly clear skies and highs will be back to the upper 80s and low 90s. This weather will hold through the weekend.

Have a great day and stay cool!
