Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
It was very warm Tuesday with temperatures climbing into the mid to upper 90s inland. Wednesday will be slightly cooler, but temperatures will still climb back into the 90s inland.
High pressure remains in control of our weather. Skies will be sunny inland and becoming sunny along the coast. There is a slight chance for thunderstorms in the southern Cascades in the late afternoon. High temperatures will be in the mid 90s inland and mid 60s along the coast.
Skies will remain mostly sunny for the rest of the week. Temperatures will begin to cool down by Thursday. Highs will be in the mid 80s inland and low to mid 60s along the coast.
A weak storm will bring a few showers Saturday night into Sunday morning. A stronger storm will follow Monday, but the track of the storm is still uncertain. Right now I’ve kept isolated showers for Monday.
Have a wonderful Wednesday!
