Armstrong to Tape Interview with Oprah

(CNN) — Lance Armstrong is reportedly considering admitting to doping allegations during an interview with Oprah Monday.

The interview will be taped at Armstrong’s home in Austin, Texas. It will be Armstrong’s first comments since he was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and dropped by sponsors after doping evidence surfaced.

The controversy led him to step down from Livestrong, the cancer charity he founded. Armstrong has long denied using performance enhancing drugs.

The interview will air Thursday night on Oprah’s TV network OWN.
