EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene police arrested a man suspected of beating and raping a woman off of Coburg Road.
Michael Allen Eastman is being held at the Lane County Jail on rape and kidnapping charges.
Officers say early Wednesday morning, Eastman approached a woman near Emerald Lanes.
He then sexually assaulted her before fleeing.
EPD say a K-9 unit helped capture him Wednesday night.
