EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene police say they will release surveillance footage Thursday of suspects lighting a restaurant on fire August 29.
Someone lit a dumpster on fire at about 2:45 a.m. at Ta Ra Rin restaurant on 12th Avenue and Oak Street, which spread to the building.
Police say the suspect appears to be a white adult male, thin build, with collar length hair, beard/mustache, and wearing a baseball cap and light colored zip up sweater, and carrying a dark colored backpack.
