Back to Normal Next Week

Meteorologist Melissa Frey’s Forecast Discussion

The clouds are clearing and mostly sunny skies are on the way for Friday afternoon. High temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s across most of Western Oregon.

A very weak cold front is going to move through Oregon Saturday mid-day. This will spread clouds across the state and bring light scattered showers for the central and northern coast, northern valley, Cascades and central Oregon. As for Eugene and south, drizzle and mostly cloudy skies will be all we’ll squeeze out of this one. Highs will stay in the upper 50s and low 60s.

By Sunday high pressure returns to the Pacific Northwest. This will dry us out Sunday – Thursday and will bring back sunnier skies. Highs will return to the mid 60s early next week and upper 60s by mid-week, which is actually closer to normal for this time of year.

Have a great weekend!
