JUNCTION CITY, Ore. — It’s almost time for the annual Daffodil Festival in Junction City. Thousands will drive out to the Long Tom Grange to view mile after mile of golden daffodils.
New Day Bakery in Eugene will be providing their fresh baked cinnamon rolls. Organizers say last year, they asked New Day to provide blueberry coffee cake, but the public was not happy that the traditional cinnamon rolls weren’t available. So this year, they made sure they’re on the menu.
New Day Bakery Owner Bill Mahoney joined us live on KEZI 9 News This Morning to show us what goes into making the sweet treats.
The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 15 and 16.
