ALBANY, Ore. — Colorful balloons took to the sky for the last day of the 13th Annual Northwest Art and Air Festival in Albany.
Organizers say close to 50,000 people attended the three-day event featuring food, art and music. By far the biggest draw–the hot air balloons.
KEZI 9 News was there at the crack of dawn to catch the spectacular sight.
