Beaver Baseball’s Future is Bright

video preview image

OMAHA, Neb. — Despite winning a school-record 52 games this season, the Beaver baseball team came up short of its ultimate goal at the College World Series.

Oregon State will lose several key players to graduation, including: Matt Boyd, Danny Hayes, Ryan Barnes and Max Gordon. Recently drafted juniors Ben Wetzler, Dan Child and Jake Rodriguez could all also be gone.

But the future is still bright for the Beavers with the core of Andrew Moore and Jace Fry returning to the rotation and Michael Conforto and Dylan Davis anchoring the lineup.

Stephen Nelson wraps up our coverage in Omaha in the video above.
