Beltline Improvement Plans

Beltline ClosuresEUGENE, Ore. — An open house for community members will be held Tuesday to see an improvement plan for the Beltline Highway.

The Oregon Department of Transportation is working closely with the City of Eugene, Lane County and public transit to develop the long-term improvement plan.

The plan focuses on improving safety and traffic flow between River Road and Coburg Road. While it’s a long-range plan spanning about 20-years, ODOT is also considering short-term projects.

The open house is from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at North Eugene High School’s library.
