i am surprised a 17 year old can drive alone.

even though the bicyclist was at fault, I really wonder why the “child” driver was unable to avoid a collision on a residential street that cost someone their life. No brakes? can’t see? steering wheel doesn’t turn?

the driver of the car needs to rethink the seriousness of the privilege.
