EUGENE, Ore. — Bijou Cinemas is the only movie theater in the city that still uses 35-millimeter film.

As the theater moves its film projectors to the new downtown location this spring, it will convert the old projectors to digital. The transition will cost around $40,000 dollars.

The theater started a campaign on the website Kickstarter, in order to raise that money.
