Bike Bridge Closing for Repairs

EUGENE, Ore. — If you use the Knickerbocker Bike Bridge–that’s the one just west of I-5–listen up.

EWEB is closing it next Monday to do some repairs.

The bridge will be shut down through July 20.

You’ll need to use what used to be called the Autzen Footbridge — now the Dave and Lynn Frohnmayer Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge — to cross the river.

EWEB will also open a connector path between North Walnut Road and the North Bank Path to improve access.
