EUGENE, Ore. — Valley River Center will soon welcome two new restaurants.
BJ’s Restaurant and Brewery and Texas Roadhouse will build restaurants in the parking lot in front of the mall, VRC officials announced Friday.
Diana Bray, VRC Marketing Manager, said BJ’s will relocate its Coburg Road location to VRC. The will be the first Texas Roadhouse location in Eugene.
Construction will begin on Sunday, Jan. 20. The restaurants are set to be complete this summer.
