EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene police haven’t filed charges yet against the suspected drunk driver who allegedly caused a head-on crash in west Eugene Sunday.
Ethan Hathaway, 10, is still in serious condition at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
Investigators say he and his dad were delivering newspapers when a drunk driver hit them.
Tyler Jarred, 19, allegedly crossed the center line near Highway 99 and Fairfield Avenue.
