You can watch Brandi Monday through Friday on KEZI 9 News at 5 p.m, 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. She joined the news team in December 2007.
She was born and raised in the Umpqua Valley, graduating from Roseburg High School. Months after graduation, she was elected as the youngest-ever member of the Roseburg School District Board of Directors.
In 2001, Brandi got her first break in TV news at KPIC in her hometown of Roseburg while she was a student at Umpqua Community College. At KPIC, she learned just about every aspect of her new career by directing newscasts, shooting video, editing stories, writing scripts and producing newscasts.
Once finished at UCC, Brandi completed her education at the University of Oregon. She then packed up and moved to Boise, Idaho, in April 2004. While at KIVI, Brandi worked as a weather anchor, lead nightside reporter and producer.
A job opportunity in July 2006 offered her a chance to get back to Oregon; Brandi took a job as a producer at KOIN in Portland.
Now she’s excited to be close to home, where her family can watch her every weekday evening.
