Charity Collecting Winter Clothes

EUGENE, Ore. — Not everyone has the warm clothes needed to get through these cold winter days and nights.

So if you’d like to help someone in need, Catholic Community Services is hosting its annual winter clothing drive.

You can donate coats, socks, mittens, hats, blankets or shoes at any one of 20 different collection boxes at Catholic Community Service centers in Eugene and Springfield. CCS also accepts cash donations.

The drive runs from through Feb. 17.

This is an excerpt from this article: EUGENE, Ore. — Not everyone has the warm clothes needed to get through these cold winter days and nights.

How about the city, county, law enforcement, and the good citizens of Eugene, work together to get these people in a permanent warm place to stay?

Na, that would make too much sense, and it wouldn’t follow the “character” of the above mentioned people!

    Pathetic!
