Justin’s Thursday Night Forecast Discussion:
Chilly tonight and expect that again for Friday as the low slowly works into Northern California. Highs will again sit in the upper 40s with sun breaks and showers inland. Some light snow showers are also likely at Pass level and above, not enough for the ski resorts (that are nearly bone dry by the way), but it will make for some slippery travel headed into or out of Central Oregon. Snow levels will hold near 3000 feet tomorrow and slowly rise to around 4500 feet by the end of the weekend.
The weekend quiets down a bit, Saturday should see the rain showers end for the day, highs bumping back into the low to mid 50s. But there’s more rain coming late Sunday night and Monday. Next week starts off wet and it’ll be warmer with highs back into the low to mid 50s. So the rain showers will be more intense, but not as cold.
Have a great Friday!
