EUGENE, Ore. — When you hear “Win the Day”, you probably think about Chip Kelly and the Oregon Ducks.
But a yogurt company wants you to think about it.
Chobani Yogurt uses the phrase in its “Chobani champions” commercial with Olympic softball player Jennie Finch.
Meanwhile, the University of Oregon is in the process of trademarking the phrase.
A local trademark attorney says since the products are completely different, it’s unlikely there’d be a conflict between both organizations using the phrase.
