SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — There’s even more candy to be given out Halloween night.
Another place to head for trick-or-treating is Springfield City Hall.
Kids can go from department to department, including the library.
The free event runs from 3:30-5 p.m.
Jay Frasier, a magician and balloon artist, will also be on hand to add to the fun. He joined us in the studio on KEZI 9 News This Morning to show us magic tricks and create balloon sculptures.
