METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Cloudy skies overnight led to a mild start Wednesday with lows only falling into the mid 40s.
Moisture will slide into the area Wednesday with a weak disturbance, keeping it cloudy with a few light showers. The showers and clouds will continue into the Thursday morning, before skies turn partly sunny in the afternoon. High temps both days will be in the low to mid 50s.
A high pressure ridge moves onshore Friday bringing dry and warm weather. Fog will stay around for just the morning in most locations, before breaking apart and turning mostly sunny. Highs will warm quickly into the upper 50s and near 60 degrees along the coast. The one exception to this warmup will be the Valley; fog will stick around for most of the day and keep temperatures in the low 50s.
Wet weather returns on Saturday, bringing cooler air with it. A weak disturbance will swing through Saturday bringing isolated showers and highs back near 50 degrees. Sunday will a short break from showers before more rain returns Monday afternoon.
Have a wonderful Wednesday!
