METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Clouds will increase Thursday ahead of the next storm. This storm won’t have much moisture with it, but we’ll still see showers in the afternoon and evening Thursday. Snow showers are expected above 4,500 feet. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 50s.
Isolated showers will continue Friday, with plenty of sunbreaks in between; isolated snow showers will continue above 4,000 feet. A stronger storm moves in this weekend causing more widespread showers. The wettest day will be Saturday, with isolated showers lingering into Sunday. The freezing level will rise from 4,500 feet Saturday to 6,500 feet Sunday.
High pressure builds Sunday night, which will clear out our skies Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures will warm into the low 60s along the coast and near 70 degrees inland.
Have a great Thursday!
