Springfield child found after disappearing Monday

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - A 12 year old boy with bipolar disorder disappeared from his home Monday. He was discovered to be safe Tuesday after showing up at school.

UPDATE: Springfield Police said Patrick Miller showed up to school Tuesday after his family reported him missing Monday afternoon. Investigators said he is safe.

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - Patrick David Miller, 12 years old, was last seen near his family's apartment in the Pheasant Park Apartments Monday afternoon. His family said he disappeared around 3 p.m. The apartment complex is on Lindale Drive in Springfield. 

The Springfield Police Department confirmed it received a report of the missing child. Investigators said they consider Miller at risk because of age and his health condition. 

Miller's family told KEZI 9 News he did not run away. Family members said he was last seen wearing a gray polo shirt and skinny jeans that had one black pant leg and one purple pant leg.
