EUGENE, Ore. - The man accused of killing a Springfield mother has been found guilty for a second time.
Wednesday morning, a jury returned the verdict in Robert Boyd's second trial.
Prosecutors say he beat 18-year-old Allyson Archibald to death in November 2010.
Boyd's first trial started a little more than a year later.
He was found guilty of murder in that trial, and sentenced to life in prison.
Last year his conviction was overturned by the Oregon Supreme Court.
The court ruled police wrongfully interrogated Boyd after his arrest, and statements he made shouldn't have been used at trial.
Boyd is expected to be sentenced Thursday.
