The win marks UO's first road victory over a team ranked No. 11 or higher since Jan. 14, 2007, when the Ducks defeated 10th-ranked Arizona 79-77 in Tucson.

How it Happened: It was a bumpy start for Oregon (12-5, 2-2) as the Ducks found themselves in foul trouble early. Starter Troy Brown only logged four minutes in the first half after committing two quick fouls. The Ducks had 12 fouls in the first half as the Sun Devils went 16-of-20 at the free throw line in the opening period.

UO held ASU at bay holding them to 3-of-6 shooting midway through the first half, while keeping it close by outscoring ASU 20-6 in the paint.

The Sun Devils were finally able to gain some separation from the Ducks following an 11-0 run that was eventually snapped by a jumper from Victor Bailey Jr. to make it 31-20 with 5:36 left in the first half.

Oregon turned it around late, closing out the first half on a 14-2 run over the final 2:21, capped off by a three-pointer from Elijah Brown at the buzzer to tie it up 41-41 at halftime. The Ducks were 6-of-6 from the floor during the final minutes of the half.

In the second half, Payton Pritchard came out firing scoring Oregon's first eight points to keep the Ducks in it, 52-49, at the under-14 media timeout.

The Ducks regained the lead in the midst of a 7-0 run capped off by a huge breakaway slam dunk from Troy Brown to force an ASU timeout. The dunk by Brown marked his first points of the game as UO led 58-55.

Both teams continued to trade buckets, until an Elijah Brown three-pointer sparked a 10-2 run to give the Ducks their biggest lead of the night 68-60 with just over four minutes to play.

Arizona State clawed back to within two points, 74-72, with 19 seconds left, but UO was able to hang on for the win.

Who Stood Out: MiKyle McIntosh recorded his second double-double of the season with 12 points and a career-high 13 rebounds … Payton Pritchard found his rhythm against ASU finishing with 16 points and a team-high six assists … Roman Sorkin had a big night with 13 points marking only the second time this season he has finished in double-figures … After sitting out almost all of the first half, Troy Brown provided a spark in the second half with six rebounds and two assists.

Notable: The Ducks finished the game outscoring ASU 38-16 in the paint … After committing eight turnovers in the first half, UO cleaned up their play recording only two giveaways in the second half … Oregon got a lot of production off the bench, with the Ducks' reserves netting 22 points compared to eight from ASU's bench.

Up Next: The Ducks continue their road trip through the Grand Canyon State taking on Arizona Saturday at 11 a.m. PT (ESPN2)
