Photo of Garrison Keillor removed from Eugene Airport

The Flight Patterns art installation is making its way back to the Eugene Airport, but a photo of Garrison Keillor is not.

EUGENE, Ore. -- The "Flying People" art installation is making it's way back to the Eugene Airport, but one of the people feature in the installation is not. The airport has decided to remove a photo of Garrison Keillor from the Flight Patterns display after being accused of inappropriate behavior.

Keillor was the host of 'A Prairie Home Companion', but Minnesota Public Radio fired him.  
 
A spokesperson for the airport says that the recent headlines about Keillor did influence the decision to remove him. But the spokesperson also says that they have to cut some of the old photos from the reintsalltion because they are reconfiguring it. 

Some of the photos have started to go up in the airport's new baggage claim area and the rest of the installation is expected to be up by Christmas.
 
The Flight Patterns art installation features photos of people flying, it was removed while the airport expanded a terminal.
