kezi nine news at five. some people take shoes for granted. to people without a home, they're priceless. kezi nine news is proud to have helped sponsor "helping the homeless" campaign. it's all to benefit the eugene mission. sheppard motors donated 60 thousand dollars for a new roof at the mission. the good feet store donated 150 new shoes. and pacific cascade credit union helped collect several huge bins of clothes. these will be all used by today because we're in such desperate need. it's just another reinforcement that this community is probably the most loving i've ever seen. the mission says all of those 150 pairs of shoes will be handed out today. this "helping the homeless" campaign ran from november 24th to january 5th. saving money
