Cool Starts, Pleasant Finishes This Week

Justin’s Monday Night Forecast Discussion:

Overall, we’re looking at a very quiet week of weather. Staying dry for the most part but not too hot as the jet stream will stay generally west to east. That will bring in the morning marine clouds at the coast and in the valley. Expect lows to hold around 50 for most mornings.

Once the clouds lift, that ocean air will also keep highs sitting in the upper 70s to near 80 for the first few days this week. A few disturbances will move across the state but they shouldn’t be strong enough to bring more than some coastal drizzle at times.

By the weekend, we’ll see a bit of a jump back to near 80 Friday and Saturday but a stronger system on Sunday will increase the clouds and MAY bring a rain chance overnight into Monday. Still some time to iron that out so we’ll wait and see.

Have a great Tuesday!
