METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Clear skies overnight will allow temperatures to fall near 50 Saturday night. The clear skies will stick around through Sunday, getting our temperatures into the low 60s along the coast, upper 70s for the valley and low 80s for the Umpqua Basin.
A few clouds and cooler air will filter in Monday, bringing high down into the mid 70s inland and near 60 along the coast.
Onshore flow returns by Tuesday, which will cause some morning fog and cooler temperatures through Thursday. Highs will be in the low 70s inland and near 60 along the coast.
A weak system will move into the Pacific Northwest Wednesday and Thursday; almost all of the energy will stay to our north, however there is a chance for a few light showers along the coast and in the valley both mornings.
Have a super Sunday!
