Cooling Down for a Few Days

Meteorologist Melissa Frey’s Forecast Discussion

The high temperature in Eugene made it to 92° Tuesday, making it the 7th time in 12 days that we’ve made it into the 90s in Eugene.

As high pressure weakens and on-shore flow returns, highs will start to drop. Wednesday is going to continue to be clear but highs will stay in the upper 80s

A slight trough will move in for the second half of the week. This will bring back on-shore flow and morning clouds to the Valley. The cooler Pacific air and lack of sunshine in the morning will drop our temperatures into the upper 70s and low 80s Thursday through Saturday.

By Sunday, highs will be right back up into the mid 80s and close to 90° by Monday.

Have a great day!
