Corridor Elementary hosted its annual career fair Friday.
Nearly 275 students in grades kindergarten through five got to meet 18 professionals first in an assembly. Then they headed to classrooms for presentations covering specific fields.
Some learned about television journalism with KEZI 9 News Anchor Sean Cuellar. They even got a chance to report the news.
“Kids need to be prepared for graduating from high school. kids need to be thinking about their jobs in the future and what college they are going to go to and planning for how they are going to pay for it,” said third grade teacher Angie Bunday.
The school’s been hosting the event for over 30 years.
