MEDFORD, Ore. — The suspect in the D.A. Office bombing has been indicted. Alan Leroy McVay, 46, was indicted Tuesday morning for his alleged involvement in setting off a bomb outside the D.A. Office building almost two weeks ago.
The criminal complaint filed in federal court against Alan McVay sheds more light on what happened in the bombing at the D.A.’s Office.
The bomb was set off in the early morning hours of Nov. 13, breaking a window and damaging part of the building. Two days later, police began investigating McVay after getting a tip saying he was involved with the bombing.
