EUGENE, Ore. — The suspect in a fatal hit-and-run crash was arraigned in court.
Jason Manske is charged with hit-and-run and negligent homicide.
Family and friends of the victim, 18-year-old Bryson Krissie, cried in court when Manske spoke to the judge.
Manske seemed to show no emotion. He will be back in court later this month.
