SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Motorists can expect delays along Franklin Boulevard under Interstate 5 this week.
ODOT crews closed the westbound lane of traffic Monday, as they work on a new viaduct pedestrian path adjacent to Franklin Boulevard.
The bridge construction will leave one lane open for travel and flaggers are in place to control traffic through the zone.
The lane closures will continue during daylight hours through Wednesday. Motorist should expect 10-20 minute delays.
