On 4-15-14 7:34 am I saw a suspicious vehicle on Sand Creek Rd blocking a forestry gate. Because of recent robberies to my home and others in the area, I pulled over and called Drain Police Department and reported said red truck at 7:38 am. Dispatch said they would investigate, and police responded and where on the scene in 5 minutes. I want to thank all police involved for arresting this man and spending their whole day to do so. I am very impressed with the police response time and their sticking with this until 8:30 pm. I also want to thank whomever called in at 5:30 pm, this call was key to this mans arrest.

    Michael
