(CNN) — History has been made on Wall Street.
The Dow topped the 16,000 mark for the first time ever Monday morning.
Not to be outdone, the S&P 500 also reached a new high, surpassing 1,800 for the first time.
Both indexes are up more than 20 percent this year. Experts credit the gains to the Federal Reserve’s stimulus policies and decent corporate earnings.
