EUGENE, Ore. — A large tree limb broke and blocked Friendly Street near 28th Street Wednesday morning.
When the City of Eugene tree removal crews responded around 7:30 Wednesday morning they found a tree limb, 16 inches in diameter, had come down. The limb was on a parked truck and across the street. Neighbors say the limb came down around 6:15 a.m.
The area was cleared by 8:20 a.m.
