TRIANGLE LAKE, Ore. — An elderly Blachly man was found uninjured down an embankment off Highway 36 near Triangle Lake Friday morning.
Oregon State Police say 82-year-old Gordon Lee Smith was reported missing Thursday evening.
A log truck driver passing by found a vehicle down an embankment with Smith inside. Police think Lee had been there since Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews pulled Lee from the vehicle and transported him to a hospital for evaluation.
