EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene police say it took nearly four months, but they finally nabbed a suspected home-invasion robber.
Detectives say Jackson Harpol was arrested this weekend. Eugene officers flew to Mississippi to interview him, and Monday he waived extradition.
Harpol is accused of breaking into a home off Cal Young Road, sexually assaulting the elderly woman who lived there, and stealing her car.
Investigators say evidence at the crime scene connected to Harpol.
