Eugene Brewery Doubling its Output

EUGENE, Ore. — A Eugene brewery is expanding to meet higher demand.

Falling Sky Brewing on East 13th Avenue just added two 18-barrel fermenters and a brite tank from a Portland metalcrafter. These new additions will double Falling Sky’s brewing capacity–something its loyal patrons will be glad to hear.

“It’s a great problem to have to have more demand for your beer than you can make. But we certainly would like to rectify that situation and we think this will go a long way towards helping that out,” said Jason Carriere, Falling Sky Brewing owner.

It’s not just local customers who will benefit from this expansion. Falling Sky says that bars–both locally and statewide–have been wanting its beer, and now it can meet that demand.
