Eugene City Prosecutor Arrested

EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon State Police has confirmed that the Eugene City Prosecutor was arrested for an alleged DUII on Sunday morning.

Troopers say Daniel Barkovic was pulled over for a traffic violation just after 2:30 a.m. on Valley River Drive in front of the Valley River Center.

OSP says Barkovic was arrested for DUII and later cited for refusing to take a breathalyzer test at the jail.
