Home Instead Senior Care provides trained and educated caregivers to aging people in need, who also want to stay in the comfort of their own homes.
The company’s executive director says their client base has significantly grown this year, and they need more caregivers. They’re looking for people with certain qualities to fill the open positions, not those who are just looking for a job.
“The people who are first to volunteer at their kids’ schools, or at their churches, or to make the casserole if the neighbor’s sick; the people who just care,” said Nancy NesSmith, Executive Director for Home Instead Senior Care. “Care from the heart, and put that into action.”
The job fair will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, at Home Instead Senior Care in Eugene. It’s located at 2440 Willamette Street, Suite 202.
There will be information sessions about the company throughout the day. To apply, make sure you bring your Social Security Card and a valid Oregon driver’s license. You must also be 18 years or older.
