EUGENE, Ore. — Paper or plastic? Is that a question you want to hear anymore?
Eugene’s city council is holding a public hearing on Monday, Sept. 17 to get your opinion about a possible plastic bag ban.
The city’s been considering the issue for a while now after Corvallis and Portland stopped allowing plastic bags.
The hearing starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Bascom/Tykeson Room in the Eugene Public Library.
