EUGENE, Ore. — The man who shot and killed a man during a home invasion in February was justified.
The district attorney cleared Tyler Norman Thursday.
Shawn Connelly and Darrin Dubouche broke into Norman’s house.
Norman shot and killed Connelly.
Dubouche ran away but was arrested about a half-hour later.
He was sentenced Thursday to 70 months in jail.
Investigators say Norman was selling heroin, and the confrontation was over earlier drug deal between Norman and Connelly.
The DA’s office also released the 911 call Norman made after the shooting. Click on the video above to hear a portion of it.
